I've been having an awful time burning recently. Sorry if this is covered somewhere else. I'm using mandrake 7.2: cdrecord-cdda2wav-1.9-3mdk cdrecord-1.9-3mdk 400mhz K6-III w/256mb RAM IDE0 -> HD & Burner (going to try moving burner to secondary now) CD-RW is Mitsubishi 622 I've had one successful burn and five failures since switching from redhat 6.2 to Mandrake 7.2. Under redhat I had one failure and 15+ successful burns. (wish I remembered which version of cdrecord I was using under redhat). I'm using the same 50-pk spindle of cd-r's as always. I also tried a cd-rw from a new 50-pk spindle. At first I thought I ran into a bad batch of media, which I suppose is still possible.
