cdda2wav extracts exactly what the CD standard says is a track:

        starting from inxed 0->1 transition of current track #
        ending ad the end of index 0 of the next track #.

as many CD's start at 2:00, you should definitely check
what happens with a CD that doees _not_ start at the standard time
as  2:00 is logical sector # 0.
