I created a CD from a zipfile using RSJ a long time ago. The CD works
great, but I can't copy it because it has some funkiness to it (something
about multiple sessions or something). So I want to use mkisofs to create
a "clean" image.

All of the files conform to 8.3 standard, so I thought I could use ISO
9660 level 1. But some of the filenames don't appear to conform to
standard, so I ended up with an RR_MOVED directory that completely screwed
everything up. So I tried this command line:

mkisofs -iso-level 1 -pad -relaxed-filenames -o d:\watcom.iso -V WATCOM .

But this still gives me errors:

Warning: creating filesystem that does not conform to ISO-9660.
D:\UTIL2\mkisofs.exe: No such file or directory. Non-existant or
inaccessible: ./.. Using SYSTE000 for ./rr_moved/system (system)

What is this "SYSTE000"? Where did it come from?
