Someone has a cdrecord.exe 1.10a13 for me

After several attempts to compile cdrtools 1.10a13 on Cygwin (Win98SE)
I give up. Maybe Win98 is not a suitabale platform for a job like this. 

So if anyone has actually succeeded in building the package, could you
put a copy of cdrecord.exe somewhere on a server and let me know?

(Yes, I already have 1.8a28 and 1.10a4, don't bother with these)
