The background was that NERO (+) puts some nonstandard 'adds' (really
a complete hidden ISO DIR eintry) to the end of the .. entry of the
root dir and I wanted to be able to see a warning when this happens.
(+) in XA mode.
May be they do it because thay _know_ that it is in theory impossible
to do multi-session with Joliet only disks.
