I have the LG cd-RW model 8042B with
firmware 1.05
The tech support at LG says that is the
latest.
I have Linux SuSE 6.4 kernel
2.2.14
ATAPI ide-scsi driver used, can read,
write DAO
BUT can not write
TAO
get the nasty messages that every one
reports.
1) Does any one know of any later user
written update for
the LG 8042B?
2) Any ideas how to find the answer to
the error problems?
scsi reports command not known
etc...
