I have used it and found that it did nearly what I wanted: full or
incremental backup on one or more disc, using the full size of disc
while also supporting multisession writing onto discs with an older
backup (or any other data).

However, the currently available version is limited to backing up one
filesystem at a time (no non-root directories, not more than one at
once). I have submitted a patch to Fraser that changes that, but it
seems he hasn't had time to upload a new version yet, although he
wanted to include the patch already a while ago.
