I suspect that most major ISPs filter by site rather than having a
policy for each of some millions of users... postmaster works fine, from
sites which are not blocked.
I have also asked him to stop sending me personal copies of
everything he sends to the list, since I put the list in a folder just
because I want to be able to find business related mail in my mailbox.
He persists in that as well... Most people would be polite enough to
stop doing that when asked, he had the gall to try to send a complaint
to my postmaster because he can't do what I asked him not to.
