From three places here I still go through a forwarding link, but as it
works fine I wouldn't worry about it.

First, I think the page is pretty neat now. Really like the alternate
CDrecord logo images, I hope they stay.

That said, I think it would be easier to use if it were more pages in
a tree structure. It lets people avoid reading the whole page to get to
the part they need.

One possible structure:

  Main page:

  - LOGO - click to link as current

  - What is it - one paragraph, link to history and your
biography, personal interests, other projects, etc.

  - supported and unsupported drives - link to lists, in a printable
format. I like tables, with model, speed, ATAPI or SCSI, burn-proof
(y/n) info. Put vendors who have helped you FIRST, maybe in a
separate table so people can find them.

  - Download - link to page of mirrors, versions, etc. I think the
    versions are out of date?

  - Love parade - if this is going to be on the first page, maybe one
image from each year, with a click-thru like the logo, and a
    paragraph explaining what it is.

  - Cat pix - got to have the "stop kitty porn" image and other from
    your personal page here!

Don't know if this falls under "more attractive" or not, but I think
it would make the page easier to use.
