My wav files are ok, i can play them everywhere, on Windows and on Linux. Couldn't it be that my old writer gives a wrong answer to the endianess question? Can i force byte swab on .wav?? ps: I'm sure it is that byte swapping stuff, cause i ripped one of those white noise cd's with cdda2wav and let cdd2wav byte swap it and the result is the original sound. >From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] >Subject: Re: WAVs? >Date: Tue, 10 Jul 2001 12:38:35 +0200 (MEST) > > >From: "netslider N" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > > >>I've just tried to write an audio cdr, without any luck. > >>First, i tried it without -swab, but all i get is white noise. > >>Then i tried it with -swab, but still white noise. > >>My source files are .wav (windows pcm) files generated on a win2K > >>system on a athlon processor.
