burning an audio disc without a tocfile

Hi!

I have ripped to disk an audio cd using cdrdao and so now I have the ripped
CD in a .bin file and a tocfile. 

My problem is that for some reason I deleted the tocfile and ended up with
the audio data alone. Is there any workaround to burn it right?
