CDParanoia IV

Hello,

I am new to this list (it`s my first posting in any mailing list by the
way, I hope I am doing it the right way).

Does anyone know when CDParanoia IV will be released? 

They say it ist just on hold due to the work on OGG Vorbis 1.0, but
Vorbis is out now, yet know sign of paranoia IV, not even a small hint
that the work will be resumed soon.
