Hmmmm, this is interesting.
Downgraded my kernel from 2.4.2-2 to 2.3.8, and it seems to fixate okay
now (didn't make any other changes).
Tried with cdrecord versions 1.10 and 1.11a06, and they both seem to
write the CD succesfully (no error messages).
However, I can't seem to mount the CD, nor read it on another system
(Windows ME/XP/2k).. Anything I might have overseen?
I'm using:
cdrecord -v -pad -dao speed=4 dev=0,0,0 isotest.iso
(the .iso is okay, as I can mount it with mount -t iso9660)
Any suggestions?

I get the same problem with 1.11a06 :-)
Anyway, been trashing some more cd's last night, and I've found out that
when using the -nofix parameter, it works okay... the troubles begin,
when
I try to fixate it afterwards (using -fix).
So apparantly something must be going wrong, when trying to fixate the
cd.
