I have ICE AGE lying around here, so I copied it to my HDD (dvdbackup)
and let mkisofs create the image -> no problems
Then I tried it with the files you provided and I got above mentioned
behaviour. I then compared the two directories and the only difference
was that dvdbackup didn't create the 0 byte VOB files. After deleting
them from your directory it worked flawlessly. So it may not be a bug
in mkisofs but perhaps the 0 byte VOBs are kinda invalid.
