It ignores that fact that there is more than historic UNIX priorities from
the 1970's.
Again, he's *NOT RUNNING LINUX* so how can Linux bugs be hurting him? You
just answer "this is a Linux bug" to a great number of questions, in this
case you clearly didn't read the question before telling people it was a
Linux bug.
