Hi, this might be a bit offtopic but I appreciate any help.
I have quite a new Plextor 48/24/48a CD recorder which hangs with Linux when DMA is used. It might be that there is a hardware problem w.r.t. my motherboard with a VIA chipset (3 years old) To verify that it is a hardware (and not a Linux kernel) problem I would like to test the drive under Win2k. Does anybody know how to check if the drive is using DMA under Win2k ?
