And there was yet another similar "Media problem with dvd+rw-tools-5.16.4.8.5," where user reports that the problem can apparently be reproduced by toggling -dvd-compat. I agree/admit that it's not "automounting facility interfering" thing and am looking into it. It mist be a problem between growisofs and some firmwares, as I can't reproduce it... A.
