I didn't see that dvd-compat fixed the DVD. But since I have tested into 
a DVD+RW i thought i will be the same with a DVD+R. It is strange that I 
use dvd-compat with the DVD+RW and I can add data.....

So to burn a DVD multit session I have to add the dvd-compat option, 
only for the last session ? right ?
