hello my freinds

I found these message recently, acturally I have a same DVD-RW of Toshiba ODD-DVD, it always not work well, I only successfully made 4 DVDs during the past 1 year after I bought. the problem is:
 
100% writing, but can not verify it. I use Win XP, do you know how to solve the problem? thanks.
