dvd+rw-tools update [7.0, Blu-ray, Mac OS X]

dvd+rw-tools 7.0 are available for download at usual location, 
http://fy.chalmers.se/~appro/linux/DVD+RW/. As subject suggests this 
release adds Blu-ray Disc support and Mac OS X 10>=2 support. A.
