Hi, Gregoire Favre: > Disc status: complete > Track Size: 2146272*2KB > Track Size: 146784*2KB
Now we got two tracks with an ISO 9660 header of the second one pointing to the directory tree of the first one. This might be inappropriate for your UDF image. > under OSX I still see an empty media with 4.1Gb used and no free > space. > It depends on what we call mountable, it could always be mounted > but no files seen. The system obviously accepts an image but does not interpret it correctly. After the disc closure this could be a consequence of growisofs' ISO 9660 manipulations in conjunction with the UDF filesystem in track 1. But i cannot imagine why you saw an empty mounted filesystem before that final run. Did you succeed with growisofs -dvd-compat to create a DVD+R which shows all its files under OSX ? (I.e. is it sure that your mkisofs output is suitable for OSX ?) Linux mount offers for types iso9660 and udf the option "session=". If you can find a similar option in OSX then it might be worth to tell it to mount session=1. That would be the first track then.
