This could be either a limitation of cygwin's stat or a common mkisofs code issue I have seen in tree.c near line 1580 of version 2.01. or both. 32-bit values are being used, limiting file sizes to 4GiB. Somehow I don't think this should be the case. we should be able to make DVD-sized ISOs using a single 4.6GB file.
