Main target was to implement correct permission for "invented" directories in UDF and to correclty implement the max. file name length in UDF.

Note that Cdda2wav now stabilizes the -interactive option to allow to remove libcdio for GNOME. Libcdio has license problems when used by GNOME and the libcdio changed the license of some code without permission of the original authors.
