2045 again... It apparently doesn't affect playback. Check if vendor has an update. If not (or if it doesn't resolve the problem) I can't recommend anything else but to stick to DAO mode for all DVD-RW recordings. You can also try to format for Restricted Overwrite, it might work properly... Related question is if DVD-R suffers from same problem...
