Announces a tour of the United States by the British National Debating Team Approximate dates: late September to mid November, 2007 If you are interested in hosting the British debaters, please contact the tour director by no later than August 21st! To facilitate increasing the numbers of debates and reducing the number of hosts, you can get a $100.00 discount for every additional school you add to your stop. For example, if three schools go in together to share a single stop, the cost is only $600.00 per school. Hosts also provide, at minimum, lodging, meals, and local transportation. To place a bid to host the team, please send the following information: School or organization name Contact name and address (must include summer contact information) Telephone and emailfall and summer Desired datesplease include several dates, in your order of preference Suggestions for prospective hosts Include the debate in conjunction with special on-campus or community events Find other schools in the area who are also interested in hosting (each school will still pay the hosting fee, but it allows you to share hosting costs and makes scheduling easier and sites more attractive)
