What a sad morning.

What Tuna and Matt said.  Matt was a great inspiration.  

Bureaucratically, I assume the process would be an Amendment to the CEDA 
By-Laws or Constitution which could be voted on at CEDA Nats if it got done 
very soon.  Could someone in the know (Jeff?) please clarify?  

One suggestion:  I would hope that Dave Steinberg would have the honor of 
formally proposing that amendment.--Neil
