By March 9th, you will need to do the following.  Please do not send names of 
people who will not be attending since we are charged for this service:

Each INSTITUTION should send a master list with the following information for 
every person who needs internet access at the NDT.

1. Name of individual
2. School affiliation
3. Official School e-mail (preferred), other e-mail address is acceptable
4. Phone number

The master list should be sent with the subject line "NDT INTERNET" to the 
email address: [email protected]
