Greetings Debate Community!

Thanks to the work of Jon Bruschke, you can now upload your eligibility
documents electronically at debateresults.com as opposed to certified mail.

Once you receive your elig. document from your Registrar (most of you might
already have these for NDT purposes), you should scan them to your computer and
save them as an image file (.jpg, etc). Once you have done this you can go to
debateresults.com

On the left hand side under Account Management you will see a link to submit
CEDA/NDT Elig docs electronically. Choose that link and follow the directions.
Once uploaded I will be able to see them and verify eligibility.

If your NDT document did not include the same names of those you might bring to
CEDA, or if you did not submit NDT docs, please make sure the CEDA submission
includes the names of all debaters you plan to bring to CEDA.

The document should include language similar to the CEDA constitution
requirements for CEDA eligibility, the names of your debaters, graduation dates
if applicable and if graduated in this time block, a signature and date by your
College/University Registrar or designee, and a seal of the College/University.
You may want them to ink the seal in order for it to show up once scanned.

If you have any problems with the upload, please contact Jon or myself.

Again, Jon's work is making this process easier and moving us towards more
efficiency.

thanks,
chief
