If you decide to use the AFA website to pay the $50.00 fee to submit a
second-round at-large application to the NDT, please email me a copy of the
electronic receipt. I will not get a report on payments to the site until the
middle of next month. I need to certify that you have paid next Monday. If
you pay your district chair at districts, I will accept the list of people who
paid from your district chair.
