Oh, I was not implying there should be one.  I'm still divided on
this aspect :)  Looks like by gcc-4.3 there will be
proper support for building libstdc++.dll and libgcc.dll
integrated into gcc's buildsystem.

Stan, the default build of mingw32ce (src/build-mingw32ce.sh),
produces binaries that don't depend on any dll, except for
mingwm10.dll, and that's only when c++ with -mthreads is used.
The same dependencies as the desktop MinGW.
