I have "Programming Microsoft Windows CE .NET", 3d edition, by Douglas
Boling. I believe it's officially out of print though. That's CE
specific and contains some material you don't easily find on the net.
I also use MSDN all the time as API reference.
Several sites (www.functionx.com , www.winprog.org , www.tenouk.com)
have Win32 programming tutorials. Usually not CE but you can learn the
API from them anyway. MSDN can tell you about which subset is available
on CE.
