As is described on our website, the cegcc environment provides a
unix-like layer above Windows CE. This layer needs initialisation and
closedown. This is probably not happening in the circumstances that you
refer to.

This can probably be fixed, but quite frankly I have too many small
projects on my list right now so I will probably not be spending time on
it. Can you get your problems sorted out by always using a
mingw32ce-built DLL ? Preferably not mix up the environments at all ?

Without further information or experiments, I don't know what's causing
this. Again, is it possible to avoid mixing environments ?
