Hey,
I'm using mingw32ce as compiler. When I include locale.h, i get the
message:

/home/torri/local/opt/mingw32ce/lib/gcc/arm-mingw32ce/4.1.0/../../../../arm-mingw32ce/include/locale.h:13:26:
error: no include path in which to search for locale.h
Does someone know what the problem is ?
