Yes, __COREDLL__ (for coredll.dll, obviously) is always defined by the
mingw32ce compiler.  In the C runtime it's what distinguishes
from the other two runtimes mingw supports (__MSVCRT__ and __CRTDLL__
are the others, used in the desktop Windows big brothers).
