Yeah, we've been talking a bit about it.  I propose we give it
couple of weeks, so we have a chance of:

 1) pick up Pawel's and other's pending fixes, possibly do a
    newlib merge from upstream.

 2) merge mingw and w32api from upstream too.  There were some
    interesting changes there too since we last merged.

 3.1) decide if we should do another release based on 4.1.0, that
   picks up the w32api/mingw/newlib enhancements, and them move
   to 4.3 or 4.x.x, or,

 3.2) scratch 4.1, and move straight to 4.3 in the next release.

I'm inclined to do 1 and 2 and 3.1, and then if the 4.3 port is
OK, do a preview release of it almost in parallel.
