Well...
I kinda have no REAL other choice.

Our system is Web based, to the moment the mobile browser had
sufficient functionality that meets our minimalistic requirements.
I have to admit I am not sure whether PocketIE is really what we
have at hand, but there is no About Box.

The browser supports SSL, XML HTTP Request, JavaScript, embedded
media (sounds). To this moment except for the common IE layout and
styling issues we have had little problems. We are actually using
Direct Web Remoting (AJAX Client-Server RPC
http://directwebremoting.org/) with it with enormous success.

Until recently I had no need to write anything native for the device.

However, the reading you pointed out seems like a very nice
start-by-example, for which I thank you.

I am getting the distinct feeling, that I will need to stick to
eVC++ 4.0 for the task at hand.
