Noone ever said it was easy.  But, its a large amount of work to get this in,
and, gcc is in stage 4 --- we have to wait for stage 1 to start thinking
of contributing mingw32ce there.  I think that people here believe that a
straight forward port is a silver bullet to solve bugs we know about
in 4.1 ...  Well, it's not.

Honestly, I don't understand what's the benefit of mingw-w64 compared to
our tree, or even, the official mingw.  Can you explain?
It's not like we can't update our local copy from upstream mingw.

gcc is in stage 4 --- we have to wait for stage 1 to start thinking
of contributing mingw32ce there.  I've pointed out before what needs to
be done to make that happen.  I'm seriously aiming into pushing into
gcc 4.5.

I'm making an effort to be able to find a bit of time to
pick this up...
