Err, this looks like a source we should NOT be using for creating our
include files. I've looked at the license above the include files, they
refer to a EULA and another file (LICENSE.RTF, which you didn't send
along).
What do they say ?
If these files are from a Visual C++ or something similar then there's a
good chance that we can't use them.
