I've just created support for a libcoredll.a in src/mingw .
The impact of this change is in the development environment (nothing to
be copied to a device), and only for those who wish to develop for 6.x
exclusively.
Exclusively means that apps developed with this lib may not support
lower revisions of WinCE.
The advantage to using this library is that you don't need to use stuff
like LoadLibrary to fetch functions that you want to use.
