I confirmed that SF.net supports multiple git repos per project, see
https://sourceforge.net/apps/ideatorrent/sourceforge/ideatorrent/idea/59/
https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/wiki/Git#CreatingMultipleRepositories

So, separate gcc/binutils/w32api/mingw/gdb repos can be pretty well
hosted on SF, within bounds of the original project.

That said, I'll probably do initial pushes of w32api git migration I'm
working on to github, to test out stuff.
