Summary: %f problem with mingw_*printf

Initial Comment:
As explained in
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_name=20090420152424.GA24491%40via.ecp.fr&forum_name=cegcc-devel,
built-in mingw printf replacement functions show buggy output when %f
specifiers are used. This might be linked to doubles that are not properly
8-byte aligned.

The modern datacenter depends on network connectivity to access resources
and provide services. The best practices for maximizing a physical server's
connectivity to a physical network are well understood - see how these
rules translate into the virtual world?
