Hi everyone.
I've tried to run celstart in WinXP but it dies trying to find the method
alcGetString from OpenAL32.dll. Is there any way to run celstart without
requiring that library?
Moreover, the OpenAL32.dll library isn't included in the package for
Windows. Is it intentional or a mistake?
