Hi, I have been wondering about the "CELF Open Project Proposal 2012", because I never saw a call for projects and thought it was not going to happen this time. Now, the "recent discussion" pointed me to one project already put into the wiki. However, the page describing the details of submitting proposals does not exist yet. So, may I ask for the status of this valuable initiative?
