I'd like to add that the Cyclades TSxxxx terminal servers are
actually running Linux, with source code available, so you can even
hack the device if you are in the mood for it...

The nice thing of these radio-controlled switches is that you can put
these wherever you need one - with a single transmitter you can
usually control devices even 2 or 3 rooms away - you are not limited
to putting all boards in a rack, you can plug a socket wherever you
happen to need one.
