Some (but likely not all) outstanding issues:
* To be able to see all source AND headers files in Visual Studio, header files
must be included in the source listing.
* Some CMake commands give problems, possibly due to an older version of CMake.
The minimum version must be checked.
* Not all subprojects have been updated yet
