CMakeLists.patch
Attached is 'CMakeLists.patch' which updates a number of CMakeLists files so
that cmake generates an Xcode project that has sub folders that include 'Header
Files' for (hopefully) all targets. See attached screenshot 'Screen Shot
2013-06-19 at 11.31.01 AM.png' for an example.
Tested successfully in Xcode 4.5.1 but not other environments.
