Some include files use malloc, eg miniunz.c. What do we want to do with those 
files? The files are includes as source, and there are already some changes 
needed for Celix. So we could use APR in there as well. A drawback is that the 
API have to be changed to be able to pass the pool (or parent pool) to the 
miniunz functions.

What should we do with these files?
