Hi all, I now have a (mostly) automated process for getting PCEnv binary builds out. These snapshot builds can be obtained at URLs like the following:
PCEnv binaries, for x86 Linux... ftp://ftp.bioeng.auckland.ac.nz/pub/physiome/pcenv/snapshots/x86_linux/pcenv-x86_Linux-snap20061018.tar.bz2 PCEnv binaries, for x86 Win32... ftp://ftp.bioeng.auckland.ac.nz/pub/physiome/pcenv/snapshots/x86_Win32/pcenv-installer-snap20061019.exe PCEnv source code... ftp://ftp.bioeng.auckland.ac.nz/pub/physiome/pcenv/snapshots/source/pcenv-snap20061019.tar.bz2 CellML DOM API source code... ftp://ftp.bioeng.auckland.ac.nz/pub/physiome/cellml_api/snapshots/source/CellML_DOM_API-snap20061019.tar.bz2 XPCORBA source code... ftp://ftp.bioeng.auckland.ac.nz/pub/physiome/xpcorba/snapshots/source/XPCORBA-snap20061019.tar.bz2 xpcellml_api source code... ftp://ftp.bioeng.auckland.ac.nz/pub/physiome/xpcellml_api/snapshots/source/xpcellml_api-snap20061019.tar.bz2 Notes: * It is unclear whether or not the MSVC8 runtime can be distributed with the package. Therefore, it has not been included. Win32 users who have never installed anything needing the MSVC8 runtime, and who don't have Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 on their computers will need to download and install the following package: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=32BC1BEE-A3F9-4C13-9C99-220B62A191EE&displaylang=en * In order to conserve disk space, old snapshot builds will be periodically cleaned up. If you wish to have continued access to a particular build, please keep a local copy. * The Linux binaries are tested and known to work on Ubuntu 6.06. * The Win32 binaries are tested and known to work on one particular Windows XP 2002 SP2 machine. * If you have problems running these builds on your system, please send your system details (and any error messages) to [EMAIL PROTECTED], so they can be fixed before the stable release. * Feedback about the functionality of PCEnv is welcomed. Please send this to [EMAIL PROTECTED], or to the mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Best regards, Andrew Miller _______________________________________________ cellml-discussion mailing list [email protected] http://www.cellml.org/mailman/listinfo/cellml-discussion
