I have now implemented controls on which components have their new bugs sent to
the list, and set it up so that all the CellML Specification + Metadata +
CellML API Interfaces + site contents + questions go to the list, while
everything else only goes if the list is explicitly CCd or re-send item to the
mailing list is checked.
I am unsure if we should send repository model issues to the list, so I haven't
enabled it for now (James will get e-mails about these anyway, so he can
probably use his discretion on sending it on to the list), but it is now an
easy change to add them - we just need to add
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to the default CC list for the relevant
components through the web interface.
