Yup, and you are very welcome to test out other features, using the 'Update 
This Commit' link to make test modifications in your personal sandbox.  Select 
'Upload File' to upload the files you may have modified (or even new files), 
save your changes into a commit by 'Commit', and then 'Push' your changes back 
up to the source workspace for the sandbox.  You can also create exposures of 
the changes you've made.  You will have an opportunity to select the 
appropriate files once you created the initial exposure page.
